| Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) was incorporated on September 30, 1947 to primarily engage in the business of radio broadcasting. MBC has transitioned into a multimedia partner, delivering diverse content across radio, television, digital, and beyond. MBC has eight programming formats, namely DZRH, Aksyon-Radyo, Love Radio, Yes-FM, Easy Rock, Radyo Natin, RHTV, and New Media. As of December 31, 2025, the Company operates nationwide with one AM and three FM stations in Metro Manila, and 10 Aksyon Radyo, 25 Love Radio, 11 Yes-FM, eight Easy Rock, 18 DZRH Relay Stations, and 151 Radyo Natin stations in the provinces.
