| Victorias Milling Company, Inc. (VMC) was incorporated on May 7, 1919, to engage in integrated raw and refined sugar manufacturing and provide engineering services. Its sugar plant facilities are located in Victorias City, Negros Occidental. On July 3, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the inclusion of ethanol and/or potable alcohol production, infrastructure, transportation, telecommunication, mining, water, power generation, recreation, and financial or credit consultancy in the Company's business purposes. VMC and its subsidiaries operate through three segments: sugar, renewable energy, and other operations, including food processing, real estate sales and leasing, and entertainment. The Company conducts these diversified operations through subsidiaries such as Victorias Foods Corporation, which produces and sells canned sardines, hot bangus, luncheon meat, ham, bacon, and other frozen meat products; Victorias Agricultural Land Corporation, which acquires and owns agricultural land and properties; Victorias Green Energy Corporation, which was established for energy cogeneration and remains in the pre-operating stage; Canetown Development Corporation, which develops and sells real estate properties and memorial lots; and Victorias Golf and Country Club, Inc., which operates a golf club.
