| Macay Holdings, Inc. (MACAY), formerly Maybank ATR Kim Eng Financial Corporation, was incorporated on October 16, 1930 as an investment holding company focused primarily on financial services. At present, MACAY serves as an investment holding company while the subsidiaries handle the day-to-day operations of the business. MACAY's subsidiaries include Artemisplus Express, Inc., which primarily engages in the business operations of cafeterias, canteens, institutional dietary kitchens, refreshment parlors and catering enterprise under the trade name of Kitchen City; ARC Holdings, Inc., which was organized to serve as an investment holding company; and Macay Global Ventures, Inc., which acquired RC Global Beverages, Inc., the holder of the global licensing rights to RC Cola and associated brands in over 100 countries. In May 2024, Macay Holdings, Inc. underwent a significant organizational change when ARC Refreshments Corporation, a beverage manufacturer, was formally deconsolidated from the Company.
