Crown Equities, Inc.
| Crown Equities, Inc. (CEI) was incorporated as Leyte Base Metal Corporation, Inc. on October 24, 1969 to engage in, among others, the exploration, development, and mining of mineral claims. When a new set of shareholders assumed control in 1993, the corporate name was changed to Pacific Rim Oil and Resources Corporation. On May 22, 1995, the Company shifted its primary business activity to investment holding, and changed its name to Southeast Pacific Rim Resources and Development Corporation. In 1996, the Company changed its name to the present one, eventually divesting its remaining interests in oil exploration. The Company's main business is investment holding. Through its subsidiaries or partnerships with major real estate and property development companies, CEI acquires, develops, and sells real estate properties. CEI also delivers medical and health services through ambulatory care centers. CEI subsidiaries include FortMed Medical Clinics Makati, Inc., Crown Central Properties Corporation, Healthcare Systems of Asia Philippines, Inc., Argent Capital Holdings Corporation, and Parkfield Land Holdings, Inc., which currently functions as a land banking entity. CEI has completed projects including Palma Real Residential Estates, located in Biñan, Laguna and Cypress Towers, a joint venture mid-rise residential condominium with DM Consunji, Inc.
