AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp.
| AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), formerly Prime Orion Philippines, Inc., was incorporated as an investment holding company on May 19, 1989. ALLHC underwent three changes in corporate name with the present one approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 9, 2019. ALLHC is a developer and operator of industrial parks, ready-built facilities, cold storage facilities, and commercial centers. In 2022, the Company ventured into the establishment of data center facilities. ALLHC has the following subsidiaries: Laguna Technopark, Inc.; Unity Realty & Development Corp.; LCI Commercial Ventures, Inc.; Ecozone Power Management, Inc.; Orion Land Inc.; Tutuban Properties, Inc.; Orion Property Development, Inc.; and A-FLOW Land I Corp. On February 14, 2016, ALLHC entered into a deed of subscription with Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) whereby ALI subscribed to 51.06% equity interest in the Company. With this transaction, ALLHC will be able to benefit from the expertise and resources of ALI and optimize the development of its property assets, especially Tutuban Center.
