Bloomberry Resorts Corporation
| Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM), formerly Active Alliance, Incorporated, was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 3, 1999. BLOOM was engaged in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards until 2003 and ceased commercial operations in December 2003. In February 2012, the SEC approved the change in its corporate name to the present one, with the primary purpose changed to that of a holding company for hotel and/or gaming and entertainment business companies. Through its subsidiaries, the Company owns and operates Solaire Resort & Casino, the first integrated resort at the Entertainment City in Parañaque, Metro Manila. BLOOM's subsidiaries include Sureste Properties, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc.; Solaire Korea Co., Ltd.; Golden & Luxury Co., Ltd.; Muui Agricultural Corporation; Bloom Capital B.V.; Bloomberry Cruise Terminals, Inc.; Bloomberry Resorts Japan, Inc.; Solaire Properties Corporation; and Solaire Resort Corporation.
