Roxas and Company, Inc.
| Roxas and Company, Inc. (RCI) was incorporated on October 7, 1918, primarily to acquire, own, develop, sell and hold investments in real estate and the sugar business. On June 23, 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the merger of RCI and CADP Group Corporation (CADPGC), with the latter as the surviving entity. The merger took effect on June 29, 2009. The SEC likewise allowed CADPGC to change its corporate name to the present one. RCI currently serves as the holding company of a group engaged in real estate and hotel development, the sugar business, coconut processing and exports, and renewable energy development. As of December 31, 2025, the Company wholly owns Roxaco Land Corporation (RLC), United Ventures Corporation, and Roxas Green Energy Corporation. It also holds a 94.98% interest in Roxas Sigma Agriventures, Inc. and a 23.05% stake in the publicly listed Roxas Holdings, Inc. (RHI). RLC, the Company's primary subsidiary, focuses on developing the Group's land bank in Nasugbu, Batangas, including ANYA Resorts, as well as developing budget hotels and managing hotels and resorts. RLC wholly owns SAMG Memorial Management and Services, Inc.
