| Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPI) was incorporated on March 20, 2006 as an investment holding company. The Company is organized into the following segments based on services and products: power, toll operations, water, healthcare, rail, logistics, and others. The Company's subsidiaries include Beacon Electric Asset Holdings, Inc. through which it owns part of Manila Electric Company; Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation; Maynilad Water Holding Company, Inc.; and Metro Pacific Light Rail Corporation. MPI also has investments and operations outside the Philippines. These include a 44.9% ownership in CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company, a toll road company located in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, and 76.3% in PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, a listed Indonesian infrastructure company.
