| Discovery World Corporation (DWC) was incorporated on January 5, 1993, formerly as Southern Visayas Property Holdings, Inc. After its incorporation, DWC commenced operations for the first time as a boutique resort developer in 2007. DWC has since expanded its portfolio over the years and is presently engaged in several business lines: hotel and resort development; hospitality management; dive cruise and dive shop operations; retail leasing; and real estate development.
