The Company was originally known as One Dela Rosa Property Development, Inc. before changing its name to the present one on June 28, 2019. AREIT is a commercial Real Estate Investment Trust, sponsored by Ayala Land, Inc. and specializes in owning and investing in a portfolio of income-generating commercial assets, including offices, malls, hotels, and industrial land across the nation. As of December 31, 2024, AREIT's investment properties consist of 18 stand-alone buildings, six mixed-use properties, six condominium office units, and 285.73 hectares of land.
