| Converge Information and Communications Technology Solutions, Inc. (CNVRG) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 17, 2007 primarily to construct, install, maintain, and operate information and communications systems in the Philippines. In 2008, the Company was granted a congressional franchise under Republic Act No. 9707 with a term of 25 years, effective until August 2034. CNVRG commenced fixed broadband internet operations in June 2012. CNVRG operates two main business segments: the residential business, which primarily offers high-speed fixed broadband internet services to residential customers; and the enterprise business, which offers high-speed fixed broadband internet services, multiple connectivity solutions, and tailored digital services to enterprise customers of varying sizes, industries, and types. As of December 31, 2025, CNVRG's nationwide fiber network spans more than 890,000 kilometers, covering 8.3 million fiber ports nationwide, including the backbone, distribution network, and last-mile connections.
