Bank of Commerce
| Bank of Commerce (BNCOM) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 16, 1963. The Company traced its origins to the Overseas Bank of Manila with headquarters in Binondo, Manila. In November 1991, the Company adopted its present name. On December 23, 2021, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the upgrade of BNCOM's commercial banking license to a universal banking license. The Company provides a range of products and services in deposits, commercial loans, credit card services, consumer banking, transaction banking, corporate banking, investment banking, treasury, asset management, and trust and investments. As of December 31, 2024, BNCOM has a network of 140 branches and 267 automated teller machines and cash kiosks nationwide. BNCOM has a 24.26% equity interest in BIC Management and Consultancy Inc. as well as a 3.07% equity interest in Banco National de Guinea Equatorial as part of its partnership with the National Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
