Company Description
Bank of Commerce (BNCOM) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 16, 1963. The Company traced its origins to the Overseas Bank of Manila with headquarters in Binondo, Manila. In November 1991, the Company adopted its present name.

On December 23, 2021, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the upgrade of BNCOM's commercial banking license to a universal banking license.

The Company provides a range of products and services in deposit, commercial loans, credit card services, consumer banking, corporate banking, treasury, asset management, transaction banking, and trust and investments.

BNCOM has 24.26% equity interest in BIC Management and Consultancy Inc. as well as an 8.57% equity interest in Banco National de Guinea Equatorial as part of its partnership with the National Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.

As of December 31, 2022, BNCOM has a network of 140 branches and 259 automated teller machines nationwide.
