LFM Properties Corporation
| LFM Properties Corporation (LPC) was incorporated on December 18, 1995 under its original name, Alfaro Land Holdings Corporation. On October 4, 2005, the SEC approved the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on April 28, 2005 by and between LPC, the surviving corporation, and the following as absorbed corporations: LFM Land Corporation and Valero Land Corporation. LFM is primarily engaged in the real estate business in all its aspects, including development, acquisition, construction, and consultation and management, among others. To date, the Company owns three buildings: Liberty Plaza Building, Liberty Center, and Liberty Building, which are all located in Makati City. In addition, LPC also owns a vacant commercial lot in Ortigas, Pasig City which is currently being leased as a staging area for construction. Source: SEC Form 17-A (2024) |
