EasyCall Communications Philippines, Inc. (ECP) was originally registered as a telecommunications company on September 25, 1989 initially engaged in the paging industry and later evolved to engage in contact center outsourcing business, information technology-related business and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) managed business.

Since the shutdown of the paging business in 2002 as a result of the development of short messaging service of cellular phone companies, the Company engaged into the contact center outsourcing business and information technology-related business. The operations of these businesses are carried out by ECP, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Easycall e-Services, Inc., a company engaged in information technology services; and its associate, ePerformance International, Inc., a company engaged in contact center outsourcing business.

At the end of 2018, the Company has nine VSAT installations nationwide servicing remote areas of the country.
