| PNB Holdings Corporation (LTL), formerly Philippine Exchange Holdings Corporation, was incorporated on May 20, 1920 primarily to engage in general mercantile business. It was then named National Exchange Company, Inc. with its principal place of business in the City of Manila. The Company later changed its primary purpose to that of a holding company and amended its corporate name to the present one. LTL is a holding company primarily engaged in the real estate business, managing commercial real estate properties across retail and office segments. Its portfolio includes prime properties in Makati City and Pasay City, namely the PHC Buendia Property, PNB Financial Center, and PNB Makati Center. The Company has one subsidiary, Genbancor Condominium Corporation, which is primarily engaged in managing the common areas of the condominium building along Ayala Avenue in Makati City.
