| Mynt, Inc. (GCASH), formerly Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc., was incorporated on July 8, 2015 and adopted its present corporate name on December 5, 2025. It is the financial technology firm behind GCash, a Philippine finance super app that provides payments, remittances, lending, insurance, and investment services. GCASH primarily operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI), a BSP licensed e-money issuer that provides payment and digital solutions, and FUSE Financing, Inc. (FUSE), which conducts its lending business. Key products include GCredit, GLoan, GGives, GLoan Negosyo, GSave, GFunds, GStocks PH, GBonds, GCrypto, GInsure, and the GCash Wallet. The Company's other subsidiaries include Electronic Commerce Payments, Inc. (ECPay), an electronic customer purchase and payment systems provider; Ryse, Inc., an investment products provider, including mutual funds; Sprynt Solutions Pte.
