Jollibee Foods Corporation
| Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 11, 1978. JFC and its subsidiaries (Jollibee Group or Group) and affiliates are involved primarily in the development, operation and franchising of quick service restaurants (QSRs) under the trade names Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Yong He King, Hong Zhuang Yuan, Mang Inasal, Highlands Coffee, Smashburger, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Milksha, Tim Ho Wan, Tortazo, Burger King, Panda Express, Yoshinoya, Common Man Coffee Roasters, Tiong Bahru Bakery, and Compose Coffee. The other activities of the Jollibee Group include manufacturing in support of the QSR systems and other business activities. Aside from the subsidiaries that develop and operate the Company's QSR trade names, its other wholly-owned subsidiaries are Freemont Foods Corporation (operating Visayas-Mindanao Jollibee stores), Zenith Foods Corporation and Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. (handling food manufacturing), and Grandworth Resources Corporation. By the end of December 31, 2025, there were 1,341 Jollibee stores nationwide, of which 899 were franchised and 442 were company-owned. Globally, Jollibee had 536 stores of which 139 were franchised and 397 were company-owned with specific locations as follows: 79 in the United States, 28 in Canada, 4 in Italy, 12 in the United Kingdom, 1 in Spain, 68 in the Middle East, 22 in Brunei, 26 in Singapore, 24 in Malaysia, 2 in Guam, 21 in Hong Kong, 4 in Macau, and 245 in Vietnam.
