Eagle Cement Corporation
| Eagle Cement Corporation (EAGLE) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 21, 1995. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing, sale and distribution of cement. The Company's main products are cement bags sold under the “Eagle Cement Advance” and “Eagle Cement Exceed” brands; and bulk cement sold under the “Eagle Cement Strongcem” brand. The former is used for general construction applications such as floorings, plastering as well as the production of concrete products like hollow blocks, culverts and concrete pipes, while the latter is used for cement and concrete applications that require higher compressive and early strength development such as concrete slabs, foundations and matting in high rise buildings and infrastructures like roads and bridges. EAGLE owns a cement production facility located in Barangay Akle, San Ildefonso, Bulacan and a grinding and packaging facility in Limay, Bataan. The Company currently distributes its products only in the Luzon region through its distribution centers in Metro Manila, Region IV-A, and Region I.
