| Balai Ni Fruitas Inc. (BALAI), formerly Buko Ni Fruitas, Inc., was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 17, 2005. The Company is primarily engaged in the trading of freshly baked goods and fruit-based beverages and desserts. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fruitas Holdings, Inc. BALAI started its operations in August 2005 when it opened its first ""Buko Ni Fruitas"" kiosk in Robinsons Place Manila serving fresh coconut-based beverages and desserts. Since then, the Company has expanded to create and acquire new brands. Currently, the Company has three active brands namely, ""Buko Ni Fruitas"" (BNF), ""Fruitas House of Desserts"" (FHOD), and ""Balai Pandesal"" (BP). On November 24, 2021, the Company adopted its present name to reflect its intention to mainly focus on expanding the network of BP stores. BALAI operates in three store formats community store, kiosk, and inline store. As of December 31, 2023, the Company has a total of 118 stores across the country.
